O atentie deosebita a fost acordata dimensionarii si detalierii imbinarilor acestor elemente, concepute astfel:

• ca imbinari sudate (imbinari prin sudura “in relief” sau “de colt”; respectiv, imbinari prin sudura “in adancime” sau “cap-la-cap”),

• ca imbinari bulonate (cu suruburi sau buloane) fie grosolane (nepasuite), semiprecise si precise (pasuite), fie suruburi de inalta rezistenta pretensionate (SIRP).

In numeroase situaţii, structurile halelor industriale metalice au fost transformate in structuri mixte, de otel-beton, prin realizarea unor plansee intermediare de beton armat, conlucrand cu reteaua de grinzi metalice prin conectori metalici, sudati uzinat sau “impuscati” pe santier pe talpile superioare ale grinzilor. In numeroase cazuri, pentru marirea vitezei de executie si pentru reducerea lucrarilor de cofrare si sprijinire a placilor?sau planseelor, au fost utilizate -ca si cofraje pierdute- diverse sortimente de tabla cutata.

For the structural design civil engineer:

1. Careful study of the documents made available by the beneficiaries / clients or architects and of their verbal requirements;

2. Settlement of the optimal configuration of main structure, for each construction object;

3. Modeling of the main structure and structural analysis (”resistance calculation”), using specialized programs, based on the Finite Element Method (FEA softwares);

4. Processing of the results of the structural analysis and the dimensioning of the elements of the main structure;

5. Structural optimization (by the iterative surpass of the 3 and 4 steps);

6. Project drawing up (PAC or PT/DE stage), by the performance of the drawn parts (drawings) - using CAD programs (especially, “AutoCAD”) - and of the written parts (bill of materials, memoirs, specification conditions, technical charts, etc.) - using programs from the “Microsoft Office” pack;

7. The following in performance of the projects and the granting of the specialized technical assistance necessary to the finishing of the investments.

For the architect:

1. Careful survey of the documentation and / or of the “Design themes” elaborated ;

2. The settlement of the volume and of the colour pallet (volume and colour surveys), but also of the optimal configuration of the main structure, for each construction object;

3. Modeling of the external and internal volumes of the construction objects, using some specialized programs (3D modeling, texture and rendering);

4. Performance of drawings and 2D and 3D plans forming the “Design theme” which must be agreed by the beneficiary / investor and to constitute the point of start of the projects on all other specializations (resistance, installations, roads, etc.);

5. The performance of all the architecture details of the construction objects;

6. The drawing up of the projects (PAC or PT/DE stages), through the fulfillment of the drawn parts (drawings) - by the aid of some CAD programs dedicated to the architecture - and of the written parts (memoirs, specification conditions, technical charts, etc.) - by the aid of the “Microsoft Office” pack programs;

7. The following in performance of the projects and the granting of the technical specialized assistance necessary to the finishing of the investment.

III. Salary pack and material bonus (benefits):

The salary pack and the material bonus shall be established - by mutual agreement - after the test period, which shall be of 1-2 months.
